Help, Please with some old Pillowcases

Can you please help me with these old pillowcases?

Number 1.  The fabric is shiny and very slippery, but it doesn't feel like satin to me.  Could it be silk?  Or something else?

Number 2.  Also very shiny and slippery, and with a pattern.

Also, does the lace trim look unique in any way?

Numbers 3 and 4.  Is there a name for this type of trim on these 2 pillowcases?  Open work?  Cut work?  Something else?

The top one is likely rayon. SOme type of imitation silk.

The lace is a nice but typical machine made lace. The bottom trim looks like crochet.
