Bedspread, Sheet, Dust Ruffle, Coverlet, Slip Cover.... What is it??

At first I thought it was a tablecloth until I opened it up and found the design is only on one end.  The piece measures 89" tall x 110" wide.  The decorative end has a lace inset along with small lace dog insets and a rabbit in the center.  There is open cut work that weaves between the lace insets.     The design is only on 1/3 of the piece.     It feels like a heavy vintage cotton sheet.  Sorry about the photo's, this was the safest place, however the sun was shinning so there are shadows from the trees.  Any help would be appreciated -- Thank you!DSCI0002.JPG  DSCI0005.JPGDSCI0006.JPGDSCI0003.JPG

This is an antique sheet sham.  It was used to cover up wrinkled sheets during the day and taken off at night.   Might have been turned out over the bedspread for a fancy look.  Who worries about wrinkled sheets today!
