Every time you click on sign in via user name or email it shows nothing. And if you try to sign in using google it tells you to link account but shows nothing
Make sure you have the latest version of the app and that your OS supports it.
Try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the eBay app once more. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.
