Cancelling an order

I sold an item and I need to cancel it. Can’t find out how

Go to->My eBay

Go to-> Selling

Go to-> Orders-> All Orders

Go to-> the unwanted order

Go to->Cancel Order

Now you get choices.

Note that Out of Stock will give you a DEFECT

Buyer Request and Problem with Address do not give you a defect.

Is it the Dyson vacuum you sold for $44 plus $15.31 shipping? 

And now it's relisted at $68/OBO plus $83.64 shipping!

If you are cancelling because you didn't charge enough for shipping (or for the item), you still should ship the item to the buyer. You're expected to research prices and shipping costs BEFORE listing. 

If you still refuse to follow through, you need to cancel for OOS and take the defect.

If it's the vacuum and it's the same one you bought from another seller claiming it didn't work, why are you reselling it?
