Blank sign in screen

When attempting to sign in from the iOS app, a blank white screen appears preventing sign in. iOS version and eBay app are both fully updated. Reinstalling the app doesn’t change the issue. Restarting or resetting the device doesn’t resolve the issue. Please fix this problem ASAP.

If you have not already tried, uninstall the eBay app, restart your device, then install the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between uninstalling and installing should ensure a clean install.

If that does not help, try using a browser to reach ebay.com instead of using the app.
