Mexican Hallmark: Eagle 58

I am trying to find out, if possible, anything about a Mexican Eagle hallmark, with the number 58 inside. Anyone know what this means (i.e. either the city or artisan it represents)? Thanks.

Do I list my items condition as "new with tags" or "new other"? My item is brand new name brand jewelry that comes in its original box and pouch. There are no hang tags or price stickers attached.
