Wha do you call apearl that looks like this? Size of a quarter!

This is set in sterling and I don't know how  to  describe  it! Fresh water pearl? Doesn't seem to really be accurate! It is a bit bigger than a quarter!

Hmmm for sure, IMO it just looks like an sterling freeform pendant, little "artsy" it may have had a large pearl placed in the silver casting..one may never know..pretty cool conversation piece though, ( just think of the fun things you could call it?")

I believe it is called a MABE or BLISTER pearl (?) What a beauty!

Blister pearl is what I would call it.  There is a distinct difference.
