Let me be the first to write on this board and welcome those that have come here looking for information about a piece that they may have or a general question about jewelry. Since this is a new board, please be patient as it may take some of the people in the know about jewelry a bit to find this place. In the mean time here are some great links to some information that you may find useful in your quest about your piece. I deal mostly with costume jewelry, but there are some people around that know about fine jewelry as well.
Some maker's marks you may be looking for can be found here: https://www.illusionjewels.com/research/costumejewelrymarks.html
Great information can be found here about all aspects of jewelry:
http://www.morninggloryantiques.com/
And here is a site that may help you identify that hang tag on your piece:

BUT a word of warning ... the more you find out about your pieces the more likely it is that you will become addicted, like the rest of us.
Again, Welcome.

Yes, those are KJL QVC collection. He was big on sea life, shells, critters etc. I found a bangle on the bay like yours to view.

Yes, it is similar, but not quite the same. Mine has 3 rows of cabs and no rhinestones.

Here is a link I ran across, haven't tried it out yet but sounds interesting and it's on the play store as well.

Had a post that had a makers mark I found difficult but thanks to another poster it's been solved. So it's a Southwestern artist named Carol Felley and she has a couple different marks.
this one that gave me fits!

I found this site on another jewelry collector's site: justanswer.com. They have all kinds of professionals, including antiques appraisers and jewelry people. It is relatively inexpensive to use...$60/month unlimited appraisals. It's fast too. I've used them a couple of times and really liked them.

This hangtag appears frequently and just wanted to post this. Premiere design hangtag.

Oh course Sandy, here's a picture of a Premier design piece. They often have additional attachments that you can add to the main piece.

I finally got my pieces back from Mr. Stones. They were so well done, that I wasn't sure at first if they were the same ones that I sent them. I could not tell where the repairs were made. Great work! I'd highly recommend them, but you may consider paying for the "rush" service. It took over a year to get my pieces back, because I went the cheaper route.

Here's a helpful link for anyone that wants a pro jewelry appraiser to take a look at their piece. https;//justanswer.com
You do have to pay, but if you buy and sell a lot of jewelry, or have an expensive piece, it's a bargain. You'll have to check out the prices, but I believe that they offer a couple of free, trial questions. You log in and tell the "assistant" what kind of question that you have and she will hook you up with an expert. Sometimes it takes a little while for someone to get to you, but they always do.
I've used several, different experts on the site and my favorite is ginia323. She has a long list of credentials and has always proven to me to be right on with her assessments. She also very nice to deal with. You can request her, if you want to. There are other really good experts too, but she's my favorite.
Good luck with your jewelry ventures! ~ Cynthia
