Help with identifying origins of this item

Hello Fellow eBayer's! I have had this necklace in my collection for 8 years and I have no idea the origins of the age on it. I am hoping someone who is a jewelry expert may be able to tell me a little more about this item please. Thanks!

You really need to clean up and post a clearer picture or the hallmark. But, the shape of the hallmark is most likely Italian. 

The stones look like marble, agate and turquoise.

I vote for Carnelian (which is a type of Agate, so you are correct) plus blue Chalcedony. Of course, it is hard to tell, without holding the piece in hand. The stones look natural, but I have seen some very good fakes.
