Just looking at the style of the links, spacers and the end caps makes me think that it looks Balinese or perhaps India. Now, the problem is that there are SO many artisans/ makers in India that it's very hard to track them down here and whenever I've tried to research maker's over there you only get Colonial marks from makers that are pre 1947. Which is not helpful unless you've got a vintage piece and those marks are quite different than the current ones. It's a lovely piece and I do apologize for not being of more help.
