Antique cameo help

I inherited a cameo collection and don't know where to begin with them. Some have abbreviations on the back like this one. Also I don't know what the pound price would be for. Please any help would be appreciated.  I'm clueless

Pound price is probably the original purchase price. And I’d bet the abbreviation is an inventory #.
