Does anyone recognize this mark or know what it stands for? I believe this is a vintage Czech glass and brass ring. Unmarked other than the X shape. Looks Art Deco. Any thoughts? Thank you

Is this festoon necklace worth saving/restoring? Lots of verdigris.
