Plastic beaded UGLY necklaces help

These have to be  the ugliest necklaces I have ever seen.  I have had people ask me what they are and i am clueless, is there a name for these ugly necklaces.   All thoughts are appreciated.

Not sure how to describe tassels.

They give these an Asian feel to me.

I call them spare parts. I take them apart to donate for school crafts.

They look like they are homemade from the early 70's, my aunt made several with tassels and the caged look.
