I would say no, from my own researching all these years because it appears to be missing some of the Julianna attributes to me.

Thank you so much for the link.  I didn't think the brooch was but I needed to ask since I wasn't 100%.  

Question though..... on the link you sent me, the cover photo has this to die for set.  Is that Juliana?  If so is there a name for that set?  I almost shorted out my laptop with my drool....  ha ha ha  Thanks!  Val
