Identify maker by back texture?

Seems to me I remember this texture being identified primarily with a specific maker but just can't remember the details--can anyone help?

Had a look at the 4 listed on Sandy's website but this one doesn't match any of the 4--it has too many lines in each set--6 in most, 8 in others--guess it will just be a mystery texture. Too bad that it isn't signed because it is a really pretty well made piece. It doesn't look like typical Chinese new stuff.

1928  jewelry  has designs on back. But they are more swirls. So not sure if this would be 1928 jewelry brand or not.

Crown?  I've seen it with a Two Fish mark too.  Made in Thailand I think ... but this could just be garden-variety Chinese.
