Help with maker's mark

I posted this by mistake on the other board, but don't get much info there, usually. Besides, it seems to be victim to a hostile takeover. 

I just bought this gorgeous cat pin for my collection, and am wondering if anyone knows this mark.

It's a cute pin, looks nicely done, but no idea on that mark.  Maybe an artisan piece? If yes, those can be nearly impossible to ID.    1970s would be my guess for time frame.  Maybe someone else will recognize the mark.

I agree with lucille.b.  Wish I could help with the mark, but I don't recognize it.

Genie says it looks like her, but she doesn't know whodunnit either.  My guess would be late 80s small batch by Somebody.
