Help with Porcelain Makers mark Please

Hi all! I was hoping someone might recognize this maker. It's probably going to end up being premier designs or something like that, lol. It is pretty cool though...it's glass and the metal at the top seems like it was ground together or applied to the glass and ground. Hmmm, probably not making sense!! Thanks for any help, Lisa

I just looked at my post and the title says "Porcelain"!?!!!?  It must have picked up "suggested" titles, lol. This is not porcelain!

Yep, I saw the porcelain in title. Not sure how it got there, lol!! When I put a title in, eBay gives suggested titles. I must have clicked on one and not noticed. Igh
