Help Identifying flower makers mark Italian silver

This pendant and chain have this off center floral makers mark. Does anyone know what brand it is?  My google skills are not helping.  Thank you for any suggestions.

The stone is larimar.   The setting is too recent for me to have a clue about whodunnit.
