My guess is Austria..off to search

Ok..not saying it IS..BUT..if you google by images search   Vintage Austria rhinestone and enamel star brooch..you`ll see several examples using the same attributes. 

Might be a star..no time to search further right now

I agree with Sarah , my guess would be Austrian.  You might try looking for matching earrings.  My guess would be that those would be marked.  It's a very pretty brooch.
