Is this legacy flap and shoulder bag Ok?

 this poor black bag had the strap cut and also riveted to it. I'm not sure what the thought process was. I do have an extra rivit from my last fix so if it's good I'll be on the hunt for a strap.

Both are authentic. What a shame about the strap. 

 

ETA: Red one is a legacy zip. Brown (or black?) is legacy small flap.

Both are authentic. The red one is a Style #9966 Legacy Zip made in August 2001. The other one is a Style #9965 Legacy Small Flap bag made in December of 1999...sad about the strap.

Try silver-coach for the strap.  If not try a cobbler.  I think the id is silver-coach.  He/she sells all kinds of items for repairing Coach if he is still in business.  That is if it is a removable strap.
