Ebay not backing sellers for unwarrented negative feedback

We had a buyer who complained that they paid too much for shipping. We have a per item shipping that is clearly shown at checkout. The items were shipped and delivered promptly. We contacted Ebay and escallated after the first refusal to management. We were told that this did not break Ebay rules. We provided great customer service and sent great quality product. This is competely unfair. When will Ebay start helping its sellers?

No reason to remove it. Buyer wasn't happy. 

 

Why didn't you just ship the 2 items together and refund the overage?

This buyer was not your first complaint about your service. Ebay will not remove feedback when it does not break any feedback rules. This was the buyers honest opinion of the service they received. Your reply to neg feedback makes them look even worse. JMO.

eBay has to concentrate on helping buyers, end of story there.

 

Whoever it is that replies to your negs should be relieved of that duty. The responses are lousy and unprofessional.

Buyers have become abusive at the expense of sellers, and Ebay isn't supporting sellers.   Sellers pay the fees , not buyers.

  This is why I decided not to sell some items on Ebay.   I sold $600 on FB last week to avoid the Ebay problem buyers , high fees ,  shipping cost and hassles of the service I provide of packing and handling .

Ebay is awful and really don't care about the sellers. My husband sold some old hats and had everything in the description but once the buyer received them he complained and said they were ruined but said he couldn't send pictures. My husband wanted to see the damage and then he would've either gave compensation or return for refund. Instead the buyer didn't provide any pics and left negative feedback and Ebay refused to reverse it. He has been a Ebay seller for 15 years and never had negative feedback. Yet about a year ago I purchased a jersey for my daughter and the listing was incorrect and it didn't show up on time and the listing was inaccurate and I wanted to return it but the seller wanted me to keep it because he said it would cost to much to return it and kept offering me low compensation. So instead of letting me return it he just refunded me without me even asking. I left negative feedback and yet Ebay deleted it and when I called they stated it was a one time courtesy to the seller. It's absolutely ridiculous that a seller can lie but yet get there feedback reversed but when a seller states everything correctly and the buyer doesn't send proof of damage they get screwed. Ebay doesn't even follow there own policies and something should be done.

Same thing happened to me someone claimed the item was missing an accessory even though the doll box was never opened . She even sent a picture to me showing me she opened the box. She gave me negative feedback and eBay refused to reverse it even with proof.  I had to give her a refund so she lied got a refund and got to keep the item. So she basically got an item for free
