What is this?

Hi everyone. It’s been quite a while since I’ve visited the board (or been on eBay at all). It’s been a rough few years (took care of then lost both my parents within a year of each other). I’ve had no interest in my dolls for quite some time and am just now beginning to feel “myself” again. A friend’s find has piqued my interest again. She found the most perfect Kestner 148 shoulder head I’ve ever

 

 

seen attached to a heart. I’ve never seen a shoulder head done like this (but reminds me of candy containers, but I don’t think this is one). I do believe it’s all original...but homemade? Commercial? I just don’t know. Any thoughts?

Your item is probably a pen wiper, doesn't appear to have ever been used, or it may have been decorative, perhaps,  given for Valentine's Day.
