Hi.  It looks like a Patricia ? Loveless signature. Don't know the middle name, I am still looking.  There are many listed on ebay.  

Key in the signature in the search box and you will find many more of her dolls for sale.  

He is a modern porcelain doll.  His name may be Buster.  Hope this helps as a start.  😊

Just found the middle name in the signature is Stevens, lol.
