ID help with 2 porcelain figurines 1 with red crown Austria? the other with blue T and arrows

I have 2 figurines that I can't find origins for. Large one with children drinking has a partial red crown mark that may be from Austria. The subject matter is a bit bohemian. The other horn player has a T over Arrows mark. Thank you for any ideas.
