What does O.O.E Pin stand for?

Found this pin with O O E with a star in one of the letters (O).

  I'm wondering if this pin should be 300 with a star? Even still I don't know much about it.

Good point but the actual pin protrudes on the other side according to OP's photo... making OOE correct.

I think that @catjewels9876  may have a point ...

I thought it was odd that the star was up side down. If you turn the star right side up, then the pin reads 300.

The pin would work perfectly this way up.

Ah ok I envisioned it being flipped over not turned 180 degrees.  I agree that 300 is right.

Not if you just turn it anti clockwise - pin still on the back, OOE becomes 300

LOL. So did I, I quit because my feet didn't like the bowling shoes (callouses). My highest scoring game was 240- something. I still have most of my trophies too.
