I need help! Can anyone decipher the signature on this paperweight any help would be appreciated .

I can't help with the signature at the moment, but I see a bunch of manicured fingernails and fingers.

I see a name followed by Original followed by a date 101274 followed by possibly a design number?

That second word is more likely the surname of the artist in my opinion.

This is not in any sense a solution, merely a tentative guess. There is a Malaysian firm by the name of Langkawi Crystal, and with a little imagination you can almost see how that might  be what it says:

I found two examples online. The problem is they are obviously inscribed by different artisans. In this one the writing is very clear:

In this one the writing is well-nigh illegible, but I think is an attempt to write "Langkawi Crystal":

Note the strings of numbers in both cases. But again, it's just a guess.
