An El Paso business is selling T Shirts bearing a picture BY "Pure Evil" a world famous international artist of an image that I commissioned of Pussy Riot - the 3 Russian singers 

I have emailed them but they are selling with out permission / copyright breech.

The owner of a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property can register with eBay's VeRO (Verfiied Rights Owner) Program.   Once that's done, having items removed that violate rights is easy -- one VeRO report is all it takes.  The item will be removed and the seller will have restrictions place on his account.
