Need help identifying this artwork

Hi,

I picked up this demitasse cup and saucer this past weekend and don't recognize the artist or the artwork. I also bought two others: Van Gogh's Starry Night and Seurat's A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte. But this third one eludes me.

I've googled and searched for it on eBay but the only thing I've found is this set listed as Lady in the Flowers. Searching on that title brings up hundreds of other pieces artwork.

Thanks in advance!

Any maker marks on the bottom of the cup/saucer? If so, post pics.

There is one on etsy listed for 19.99 with the description "Lady in a field of flowers"

I don't think I'm allowed to link it.

Starry Night and Sunday Afternoon are in the Chaleur Masters Collection -- but they are mugs, while you have a cup and saucer, and also the imprint on the bottom of the Masters mugs is quite different.   Since this is not a part of Chaleur's Masters collection, maybe this is not a famous painting at all and that's why you can't find it among such.  Just a thought.

I think it's OK to link to non-eBay auction listings, as long as it's clearly for one-off illustrative purposes and nothing more. At least, I've been doing it for years to help posters with ID queries, without having them edited by the moderators. (I consciously avoid linking to Am*zon, though.)

Great find. There seem to be different pictures with the same title:

So I'm guessing the artwork was commissioned for this series of mugs/cups?

Or J. Quanrud may simply be a pseudonym for an in-house artist. Either way, it's vindication for Maxine's insight that this is not a famous painting.
