NEED HELP WITH AGE OF OLD DELFT PLATE

Can someone please decipher the date of my Delft plate? I believe it's older because of the upside down presecription bottle & the intertwined F & J - but I can't figure out the rest. 

I want to sell this and would really appreciate any help.
