Hello! Can anyone give me information about this art?

I found an original (Summertime girls) Doyo bottom right. first painting, $400 or so..is it actually a painting? Or a litho print ?

Also the numbering and signature is a common thing when a hotel contracts an artist to create for all the rooms ect..

The 2nd one is missing signature picture and with out seeing them first hand kinda hard to say much..

The top one and the bottom one are reproductions of paintings done by Jose Royo, a Spanish impressionist.  You can find plenty of info on the web and many of these reproductions of his work for sale. 

The numbered reproduction by Liston is self-explanatory.  Even though numbered, I cannot call it a print, because at that number (1000) it has to be mechanical and.or digital.  She is on Facebook.

The one of which only the corner of a house and an obscured signature can be seen cannot be identified with so little to go on.
