Antique Sword Identification

Looking for some expertise on identifying this sword.

It has a nordic or Irish feel to the designs,

but this be an Indian jambiya dagger?

It appears to be a cavalry sabre. Probably 19th C.

The  images are most;y too out of focus and lacking in contrast to make out anything of the design on the blade.
