Hello Friends,

I thought I would mix it up a bit and ask what people listen to (if anything) while reading & posting here. Music is a huge part of my life (for better or worse) but it is always a constant. Does anyone here have a favorite group/band that they listen to and would like to share that with everybody?

I will take that next step. My favorite band is Steely Dan and I listen to "AJA" quite often full blast with my JBL L-112's flexing their might and reading the posts here. It is a cool experience for me and I am in hopes that those who listen to music while perusing this board will share what they listen to. 🙂 No right,no wrong, no scam; it is what it is. Do tell...

Thank you very much Gary, I really do appreciate it. Serpsis, Blood Clots, Pneumonia and MRSA were quite daunting tasks to fight and to recover from. Things are getting better each day! 🙂

Hi Southern,

I was thinking of that very same song when Brad Delp passed away too. I am very lucky, my father survived his illnesses. I am so sad about Brad and your Brother and many others that have passed recently.

Boston was and still is one of my favorite bands. I wore out a good half dozen tapes between their first 2 albums in HS and college. The music was great, but Brad Delp's vocals were what tied it all together. This link is audio only; no video was ever done of this song. Good tune, great guitar work.

Thanks for that tele! I remember that song well, excellent band. I cannot believe that there is no vid for that cool song! Boston was about as perfect of a band as there was. I mean, it is flawless, Boston I and Don't Look Back. I actually thought that the recordings and the musicianship was "too perfect". Tom Scholtz was an MIT grad if I remember correctly. I think Bill posted a vid ling to one of my fav Boston songs a while back.

Richard thanks for the great Allman Bros. Link for 'Jessica' . That and 'Melissa' are 2 of my alltime favorites of the greatest Southern Band(IMO of course ) ever. Hope everyone is well in your family., CK
