Is anyone getting this message today? Trying to purchase one item and I keep getting this message.

I got this message from a seller 2 weeks ago. All other sellers I ordered from that day went through. I came back to that seller a few hours later and got the same message. I just figured there was a snafu with them.

It's a pretty big seller so I'm not sure if it is them or not.  I guess I will try later on and see if it will go through.  I contacted them but they didn't get back to me yet.
