eBay System Status shows Buying Service Disruption since April 10

eBay System Status, Current System Status began showing service disruption to BUYING since April 10. 

"We are actively working to resolve the issues related to service disruption on Buying. Please continue to visit this page for updates."

Still no updates as of April 16.

How many buyers does it need to affect before it shows on the System Status Board?
When does it become an 'outage'?

Or is part of the 'innovative' disruption?

Is there any way to see any detail on what the service disruption is?  Either way I'm not holding my breath on this being fixed soon

I can find no information on the disruption detail.

It is probably ultra secret proprietary information that eBay will not reveal.

I do know my sales this month are down 30%.

Buying service disruption certainly does not help sellers get sales.

You may be able to get further information in the Technical Issues forum. Ebay staff are much more active there than here.
