Buyer beware

Had a seller jerk me around for months and when I asked for a refund he became very unprofessional. I opened an unrecieved case and Ebay came back with I won't get a refund. So now I am out $125 and won't get the item. How is this possible?

Is there any way to block China or other sourced products from search?

For many reasons I will never knowingly buy from China.Very tired of seeing so many of their knock-off's of companies they have driven out of business.Do not want to waste my time sifting them out.
