I discovered 2 small charges on my PayPal report for around $2.50. I have searched the forum for the email address above to find out what the charge is for, but did not find an answer. For anyone still searching, I finally found that the two charges were from the tax charged for eBay Shipping Supplies. I purchased some supplies twice, and used my free allocation for having an eBay store. Even though the amount due was $0 in each case, I was still charged the tax incurred. I hope this is helpful to someone!
