Watch button

The watch button has disappeared from eBay on my iPhone. I have cleared cookies, signed out and back in and turned phone off and on. Any other suggestions?

If you have been using the same app for a long time, it may need upgrading. You may want to check the app store for a newer version or try erasing and reloading the app.  If your phone's service provider or the browser you use, recently issued an update it may be causing glitches with the site.

You might also want to scroll back up this page, hover over the Buying and Selling header, select Report ebay technical issues, and when that board opens look for other reports of the Watch button not showing or working on the app.  You can also check to the Top article Current & Resolved tech issues to see if there's info there, you can use.

How many items are you currently watching, both active and ended? You should be able to watch 500 items, total. If you are at or near that number, try deleting some old or ended items and see if that allows you to add new items to your list.

Otherwise, make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app, or try using a browser to add or delete items rather than the app to see if that works any better.
