I bought a product but the scammer shows that the product was delivered with a different shipping delivery code, when I talk to ebay customer service it says that there is proof of delivery and when I contact dhl I get a different address and name information I don't know how to solve this, help please

What you are describing is a likely a "fake tracking scam".  It is a very popular scam of late, but has been going on for years.  Not only do you have to deal with a seller that is dishonest, but also with the eBay bots and customer service that first line of action is DENIAL.  So long as there is recorded 'delivery' of 'something to somewhere', you are unlikely to get assistance without means of contact to other sources.   

Since you are in Sweden, your course of action may be different than what a victim must do in the US, so it may be better for you to ask on a different board.  No problem if you would like to know what the procedures are here, but if you end up having to go to PayPal (if you paid that way) or your credit card company, do not insist that it is a "item not received" issue, but rather one of mis-delivery, or intentional fraud.

Because you are located in Sweden, you probably signed up to use ebay from one of their European countries ebay sites.  However, you have posted on the U.S. based site, so some of the information we give you might not work because of different postal regulations.  You may get better answers if you post your question, on your home site.

There is no reason to contact ebay.  What you need to do is, go to your purchase history, to the right of the item you bought there should be a More Actions (or similarly worded) box.  You click on that and a drop down menu opens. You select I have not received the item to file a dispute. 

When you do that on your My ebay Summary page the dispute will be displayed.  ebay's automated Item Not Received (INR) system will search the tracking number for a Delivered scan, and your dispute will be denied, because there is a delivered scan. However in the message saying  the dispute was closed, there will be an Appeal button.

  Click on that and it will open a page where you can write a message and attach photos or files. If the tracking delivery code is different than your postal code, That is what you write, and ask the rep who receives the message to check.  They will look at your order details for your address code, and compare it to the delivered address code.  If they do not match, they will issue a refund with money taken from the seller's account.

Hello.

I am trying to get a document from DHL showing that the relevant cargo number is not in my name, but they do not respond, how can I get it?

In the U.S., DHL is mostly used for very large items, not small package delivery. They have few offices here, mostly located at airports, or harbor terminals. 

Here we would take our order details, which shows the address  given to the seller, and  tracking information to a Post office, UPS or Fed-Ex office so they could compare it to the delivery address, and get a note from them saying the 2 addresses do not match up, and in some cases that the package type/size/weight, were not appropriate for what was ordered.

Once again, if you signed up to use ebay from one of its sites based in Europe, you should login to that site, and  post your issue on its community boards.
