yes it works but sellers have activated immediate payment required on their listings! ebay sent a text to sellers saying "get paid faster" and then sellers hit yes ... so now it immediate processes items. i've turned it off under my listings. people don't always have all the money on hand. but ask your sellers to turn it off on items you want.
