Payment Pending glitch in MyEbay

I have purchased several items and paid for them.  About half have already been shipped but they show the little hourglass symbol (payment pending). The payment is complete in Paypal and the money has come out of my bank account.  I have one seller who WILL NOT SHIP because of this glitch.  I have provided the paypal transaction showing paid but she is still demanding payment and is threatening to cancel the transaction.  What is causing this?

In paypal transaction details does it say something like seller needs to accept or incomplete?If so seller made an error in the payment address they put in the listing so the money was not routed correctly.The seller needs to check the listing to see what email was used

If payment is pending seller has not been paid and does not have to ship until is is complete

It is only on the MyEbay display. Both the bank and Paypal show it complete.  It is something in Ebay.
