How to get Positive feedback with negative comments removed

Is there actually any way to call ebay anymore as I cant see a way to get a negative feedback which was posted as a positive removed. Im a buyer and it seems there is no way to do this following the online steps.

A false-positive feedback is a violation of ebay's policy. Use the link below to report them.

The link posted for you in the first reply, may not work. You are registered as being in Switzerland, and probably joined ebay from one of its site's based in Europe.  France (ebay.fr)  England (ebay.co.uk) Germany (ebay.de).  However, you have posted on the U.S. based site (ebay.com).  

You should login to your home site, and then do a google search for "Reporting an issue with a seller, ebay.  (fill in the country)". You will find a page similar to the one in the link you received.

The report page will look similar to the one in the link you were given.

Use the Blue report a seller button,

Select,  Seller has violated an ebay policy,

Select Other,

add the seller and other information

In the Text box write:  "The seller left me a Positive feedback as a buyer with a negative comment".

Brilliant thank you I will give this a try.  Yes im in CH and dont have fluent german so it makes it hard for me which is why im on the english site.

Yes, the online steps don't work, site notwithstanding. Instead, contact eBay on chat, and tell the rep your seller's eBay ID.

The eBay rep will escalate your request to an account specialist, and then a few minutes later @wagglesweg3

You'll get an email that the false positive feedback comment was removed while keeping its positive rating.

The OP being located in Europe, the site they are registered on and use may have different call/chat options than the ones we have in the U.S.
