FYI - Buyers on eBay should be aware that holiday shipping surcharges are going into effect as early as October 2nd for the postal system so calculated shipping charges will increase and sellers offering free shipping may have to raise their prices as the increased shipping charges will not only impact their shipping costs but will also increase the ebay fees they pay.
So for those hard to find items found on ebay - one might want to buy before the holiday shipping surcharges kick in.
