Bad business

I purchased a Camera for 815$ From a customer who never shipped the Item does not respnod to messages! And This has me so Mad! How do people get away with this? I was so excited to save to purchase this Camera, Now I have to wait on a process I'm afraid to even make any more major purchases on Ebay!!!

Bad business

eBay's 30 day money back guarantee has you covered. Look in your purchase history for the item and check the delivery dates listed. If your item does not arrive by the last date listed, go to the Resolution Center and pick I didn't get it.

 

Follow the directions to get a refund. The seller will have three days to respond to the case. If they don't, ask eBay to step in. Do not let the case time out.

There is a link to the Resolution Center on the bottom of every page on eBay.

 

If the item no longer shows up in your purchased items list, go to your PayPal account and find the transaction there. File an Item Not Received dispute through PayPal.

 

You have 180 calendar days of your purchase to open a case with Paypal.
To open a dispute on Paypal:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click “Dispute a Transaction.”
Select item dispute.
