My first experience to sell something on eBay was disappointing.

I have new surplus generators to sell, but my limit is $700.00. Crazy.

Makes no sense to me

eBay restricts new wellers to protect them and to keep eBay safe.  You are bound to make a mistake somewhere during your initial lists and it would be an expensive mistake.  List low cost items.  Make sure you review the Seller Center bottom of this page.
