I bought a second hand swatch watch a few weeks ago which was advertised as being in very good condition and working. The seller doesn't accept returns.
After a few days I discovered that the watch didn't keep time. It lost about 30 minutes three times in the first week. I have messaged the seller to ask to return the watch, but they won't reply to my messages. As usual it's impossible to contact anyone that works at ebay, so any suggestions as to how to proceed? I have held off from leaving a scathing review so far.
Thanks in advance.

It doesn't matter what the seller's return policy is if you received an item that is not as described. You have 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
