ebay sets the shipping price then charges me 2 dollars more that isn't right

so i go to print the shipping label that i thought would have been the same as what ebay set the price at and its more if ebay set the price and its more thats on them

EBay doesn't set the shipping costs the sellers does. 

EBay gives the seller the tools to do this but it is up to the seller to do so.
