ebay's new instant checkout requirement

As a seller on ebay can I opt out of having ebay require my customers from having to make an instant payment? My auctions are not BUY IT NOW and do not have RESERVE PRICING?  Some of my customers prefer to wait to pay and I don't mind.  I've been selling since 1999 and I think this is ridiculous.

ebay's new instant checkout requirement

ebay is currently requiring a payment method when an Offer is made, and now when a bid is placed, in order to decrease the number of unpaid transactions.  If the Offer is accepted, or the bid ends up the winner, then the auto payment is processed.

If you wish to opt out of the auto-pay, you can go here:

You can opt your listings (all of them or none of them, no in-between or making exceptions for listings or buyers; you do have separate choices for bids and for offers) at the bottom of your Buyer Requirements page (linked in the prior reply).
