Wrong packaging

I purchased an Xbox game that advertised as new in package never opened. When I received it and opened it there was a blank dvd inside not the game. The person I bought it from will not do returns. What if anything can I do to get my money back or return it.

First thing you must do is contact your seller. If you get no response or the seller is not willing to help you and if you are still within your 30 days for buyer protection then go to the purchase history  and click on the item . Follow the instructions for items not as described .  
***You need to file as item not as described because  if you file as item not received the seller can provide tracking and your case will be close in seller's favor, item not as described will protect you since  you did not get all the item that were described in the listing ***
