Trying to figure out (without spending an hour on the phone with a rep. that wont know) why we have an item flagged as "Transactions missing on-time tracking or carrier scan" when it clearly was scanned within our next day (1 day handling) time frame? We've had 100% on-time tracking until this one item and want to know if the rules have changed like they so often do. Has any one else had this issue and know why?
This is an example of why we will not be participating in the 'guaranteed delivery' program.
