I purchased an item that has never arrived. I contacted seller who responded saying they mailed the item and asking if I still wanted a refund. Since it STILL has not arrived, I clicked on the Respond to seller link to say Yes, please issue a refund. However, when I click respond, I get a message saying “OOPS, we have a technical hiccup.” There is no option for this on online Chat Help, and telephone call will not connect me to a live person to explain the problem either. I am a long time eBay customer, but if I’m not able to resolve this, I will not feel comfortable using eBay again! Any suggestions on how to speak with a person who can help would be welcome!
